UDK Games: Work In Progress
A couple of new UDK games are underway and they couldn't be more different. Let's take a look at the work in progress for both:
One is a bright and cheery - a nameless title thus far - and is a "race against the clock" game called UDK Race Game (a work in progress title, I assume). This one is a product of a twenty-five year old self-taught developer who is putting this iPad title together for release on the app store and for his portfolio.
I thought at first that it was going to be a Trackmania style racer, but it appears to be headed more towards a time-trials kind of thing.
The next title is a solo project called "
". Now you can look through a lot of media in the announcement thread, but what caught my eye was the new FPS Test video that you see below. This project started off in January, so it's still pretty early on - especially for a solo project - but who doesn't love a good zombie-shooter?
