larrystorch: What was the biggest thing you learned while working on this project?

Christopher Norton: How to become a team player, an improved beta tester, spot bugs easier, and become more informed about the job at hand. I was also able to better undersand how the game industry is run.

CoCoPRo: Testing takes way more time then I thought

Deyan Ninov: Working as a team, I guess...

Dr. Crowbar: I learned a ton about communication and teamwork. How to work on a project, give good feedback, recieve feedback, and, of course, how to map.

duck: I learned the basics of Uscripting and the basics of mapping.

daz: There is no "I" in "TEAM"

Arnold Kruize: The bigger the companies, the bigger the mistakes

EMH_Mark3: I got a good insight on the development process of games.

eXpendabLe: There's no "I" in the word "TEAM" (corny, but true)

Janis Bode: The importance of teamwork.

Kai Kirchner: "the stupid learn, the bright know" so, I learned that being confused can be productive.

Goldabar: How to make coffee. Kidding :) How to function in a team that had to face hard lines of communication, how to deal with conflicting timezones (the team members are from all over the world), and how to meet deadlines.

j3rky: Actually I didn't learn so many new things. The real profit of this project was meeting all these new people - developers, fans and business partners - who share parts of my interests, thoughts and goals.

Jestah: I learned a lot about the limitations of the unreal engine. And deadlines is a bitch.

job: Barbed wire and wet squirrels are nothing to mess with.

Tim Crowley: Teamwork, Dedication, and basically just how the gaming industry really works, how demanding it is, and taxing on the body.

Antti Päätalo: That's it's not so simple to make this kinda great game. It needs a lot of work!

Rich Black: A little bit into how games are made... And that Infogrames have banned me from this point onwards to make textures with vulgarity present. The Infogrames guys weren't best pleased. Something about society allowing you to shoot people but not to swear is a wee bit whacked.

Timo Kuttenkeuler: Time is always to short ... you shouldn't wait at the beginning, cause them deadlines are 3vil

Toby Rees: Read something before to sign it. Joking, well I've learned how to work as part of a big team that is based globally.

Jason Hipps: Work sucks, don't go. Stay home and play TO.

Nassau: 3D modelling, skinning, mapping hehe.

Poneill: That the internet can actually be good for something. I've never seen a project team work so well together...even tho most of us have never actually met. Oh yeah...do what TO beta testers tell you ;)

R4V3R: Time management!

rojazz: How to deal with people older than me. I had been on the phone quite a bit regarding things in Tactical Ops, and it really helped me to be able to communicate well. People have always said I'm really articulate and well spoken, but it really got a nice workout, and it showed whoever I was dealing with that I wasn't just the average kid.

ScHlAuChi: How to work as a team throughout the world, and that deadlines are no fun...

Shag: Patience and motivation.

Jack Gilson: How to use my time with care

Strac: Stupid people are funny!

Stuart: That goldabar really has a bad internet connection (I hear about and see it oh so many times)
