Tetris_L at work BU: You are tight with the Unreal community, a regular not only on the BeyondUnreal forums, but several others. What do you find unique and interesting about the Unreal community? Tetris_L: There are a lot of people I respect, not only on BuF, but also on Infogrames' Forums, Tournament.com and various clan and league forums. I go there for the discussion about games, but also for the fun and nonsense and all the little personal dramas. Certainly there are some idiots too, but overall I think the Unreal community is more mature than other FPS game communities. That's what I like about it.BU: When you're not cruising the forums, posting news or appending your FAQs, what do you do for recreation?Tetris_L: I'm allergic to pollen, sunlight and women, so that rules out any outdoor activities. ;) Hehe ... my job takes a lot of my time. If I got time after work and I'm not in the mood for playing games or surfing forums do a little sports occasionally; bicycling in summer and snowboarding in winter. Or I just spend time with friends. Right now I got a little hangover from a BBQ party with a few buddies yesterday. BU: You mentioned your job. We couldn't help but notice that it lets you travel a lot. Do you enjoy that?Tetris_L: I'm an engineer working in power plant design. And since our projects are scattered all over the world, I got to see about 25 countries on 5 continents at the age of 30, which certainly is a good experience. But most of those were short trips where you don't see much more than airports, taxis, hotels and meeting rooms, so that's less romantic and adventurous than most people would think. Only if you get a day off and have time to explore the area does it become really interesting.
