Servers: Upgrade to 2199
The following message is being displayed in the UT2003 server browser:
All servers *MUST* upgrade to version 2199. It contains important fixes for several server exploits. The master server will stop advertising older servers by the end of next week. If your favorite server doesn't have the "latest server" icon in the server browser (not visible in the favorites page), contact your server admin, and get him to upgrade!
