Over the weekend Renegade X moved on to beta .05 stage and the build is available for download. The change list has all the details.
This is the final UT3 build and it will be moved over to the Unreal Development Kit. In the meantime, you may be interested in the fact that they've released the source code to aid anyone wishing to make custom content for the mod.
